Since I always put my laptop, tablet, and phone on the desk, the desk became messy with many chargers and charging cables.
While I was shopping for Singles’ Day on AliExpress, I found a 140W charger at an affordable price and ordered it right away.
My concern was, ‘Can it charge a 65W laptop and provide an additional 30W or more to charge my phone simultaneously?’.
This product satisfies the above conditions, supports PPS, can output 60W through a USB Type-A port when used alone, and supports a Korean plug, so I purchased it without hesitation.

Let’s talk briefly about the model name. This model is the GaN-021.
When you search for a 140W charger on AliExpress, there are two listed products below.
They are from different brands, TOOCKI and ASOMETECH, but as you can see from their appearance and model names, they are the same products called GaN-016.
So, it’s the same product, only the brand name is different.
Afterward, each brand released new versions of this 140W GaN charger, which are the two models below.
TOOCKI released TCT140-22, and ASOMETECH released GaN-021.
From this point on, the appearance changes.
The specifications of the two models are almost the same, but TOOCKI did not clearly explain whether it supports PPS charging, so I purchased ASOMETECH.
Surprisingly, these two models and older models are manufactured by the same company, Shenzhen Ezreal Technology.
Price
I purchased it for $19.02 during the AliExpress Singles’ Day sale.
It sells for around $21 after the sale.
Delivery
I ordered it on the 14th, arrived in South Korea on the 16th, cleared customs on the 17th, and arrived on the 18th.
Since it was guaranteed for 7 days, customs clearance was fast.
Regular delivery products ordered on the same day took several days just to clear customs.
Unboxing
It is packaged in double-layer gray plastic.
When you peel off the two layers of plastic…
A charger box surrounded by a large air cap is revealed.
I’ve purchased over 70 items from Aliexpress so far, but I think this is the first time I’ve ever received such sturdy packaging.
For a very cost-effective product priced at $19 with 140W, the packaging is good.
The box print quality is also good compared to other AliExpress products.
On the back of the box, product information and specifications are written.
The components are as follows.
- Charger
- Charger stand
- Power cable
- Rubber pad with 3M double-sided tape
Just attach the rubber pad to the charger stand.
It is cut to fit quite well.
This is the front and back of the charger.
Usually, for AliExpress products, there is a significant gap between the rendering image in the product description and the actual product, but this product is very similar to the rendering image.
Test
This is why you need to carefully research and purchase a multiport charger.
Even though the total output is 140W, it does not always produce maximum output under all conditions and the number of connected devices, the location of the connected port, and even the connected cable all affect the charging speed.
So, I conducted a test using the devices and cables below.
- Devices
- LG gram laptop (11th gen Intel, 65W PD)
- Xiaomi Poco F3 (33W Mi Turbo Charge)
- Galaxy S23+ (45W Super Fast Charging 2.0)

Normal Charge
If Mi Turbo Charge appears, it is in ultra-fast charging mode.
I understand that the presence or absence of a decimal point does not affect charging speed.
As a result, to charge a Xiaomi smartphone independently at high speed, only need to connect a cable that supports 3A or more to the A-type port.
I’m not sure about 67W smartphones because I have only 33W Xiaomi Devices.
Galaxy S23+ (45W)

To charge a Galaxy smartphone independently at high speed (45W), simply connect a cable that supports 5A or more to the C-type port.

Xiaomi Pad 5 has the same 33W charging specifications as Poco F3.
Therefore, when connecting LG gram, Galaxy, and two Xiaomi devices at the same time, connect the LG gram to C1, the Galaxy to C3, and connect the Xiaomi devices to the remaining Type C and Type-A ports, respectively.
Review
A product that shows truly incredible value for money.
The design is simple, and the metallic design matches well with a desk and cable.
Considering the price range, the build quality is good.
In terms of appearance, the most noticeable feature compared to other chargers is the display that displays the charging wattage(W) in real-time.
When the charger is in an idle state, the display automatically turns off and turns on only when charging. You can see the charging speed in real-time, making it convenient to check whether fast charging is working properly.
The rubber pad attached to the charger stand also has good traction and prevents the charger from moving too much.
The temperature on the side was recorded at around 41°C(105.8°F) when the 70W output was maintained for about 10 minutes, but it doesn’t seem to get too hot even if you charge it for longer than this.
The power adapter is not grounded.
However, I think it is a big advantage that there are multiple types of plugs that you can choose.
Since the laptop Gram I’m using has a body made of magnesium not metal, it is not grounded, so I can’t feel any electricity rising.
Charging performance is also excellent.
This is because it supplies power to laptops and supports ultra-fast charging of mobile phones at the same time.
Above all, the point that differentiates it from other chargers is that it supports 60W output when used alone as type A.
This is because multiport chargers often have a type A port output of 30W or less.
The only thing I am concerned about is durability.
This is because several reviews were saying that the charger would not power on after a few weeks.
First of all, it is still working well without any problems, but just in case, I leave the charger completely unplugged when I leave the house for a long time.
If the charger dies, I will write more here.
If you have no hesitation about using a charger purchased directly from China and value charging speed, I highly recommend this.
Hi there!
I have a toocki version of this charger and the problem I have is the following.
– When charging Macbook Pro M2 alone, the charging speed is about 90W;
– When charging S23 Ultra alone, the charging speed is about 45W;
– When charging both Macbook Pro M2 and S23 Ultra connected to C1 and C2 ports, the charging speed sometimes may be 70W, rarely it goes to 110W.
However, it is expected that the speed should be at least 100W for two devices connected (considering they are almost discharged).
In all cases, I use the same type-c 200W cable.
It would be great to hear your thoughts.
The S23 Ultra will probably consume up to 25W via Super Fast Charging on the C2 port.
I’m not sure about the Macbook Pro M2. If the total output is 70W, the MacBook is probably connected 15V 3A, but if the total is 110W, I have no idea.
Thanks for your reply!
I think it simply is a “garbage” charger as it does not provide the power it is advertised to provide.
In other words, sometimes Macbook Pro M2 and S23 Ultra can charge together at about 110W, and in the same circumstances, it could be 70W for no obvious reason.
The same applies to charging two S23 Ultra phones. In my case, I can never get them to charge at Super Fast Charging 2.0 simultaneously.
Would be great to hear your thoughts!
Moreover, It would be perfect if you could try that on your end.
Many thanks!
